Its only been a few weeks since opening this portfolio page and blog, to keep my personal work seperate from Cass Imaging, ​and a place to display all my personal photography projects. Now you will also be able to find my work displayed in the gallery Clique Photography on Merchant Street in Audobon, NJ. I was asked be part of the new gallery being built which is scheduled to open in early October, and not only display and sell my work, but to also teach photography workshops and use the studio for any Cass Imaging portrait work when needed. The owner, Ray Cavicchio, is a talented local photographer, and has big plans for Clique Photography. Im extremely excited and look forward to letting everyone know more details as I can. I will also be putting together the workshop plans, such as pricing, and what I'll be teaching. I will be teaching everything from the basics of DSLR photography, to lighting basics, and even some Nikon specific classes. Stay Tuned!

I had a chance to get up with a photography buddy Jack Fusco and head out to the East Point Lighthouse down in Cumberland County, NJ on Wednesday night for some star shooting. It was a little windy and the light pollution was a little worse than expected, but I think we both were still a little spoiled from the awesome skies we had in Maine a couple months ago. We were both able to get some nice shots, you can see Jack's work on his website www.jackfusco.com. It was kind of a last minute trip so I was limited on my gear, 50mm being the widest lens I had besides an old 28mm manual lens that I picked up at an antique shop about a year ago, which I did use for 2 of the shots I ended up processing.
