Leica M10 - First Wedding Photos after its release

Something more recent:

—- LA Wedding - Shot entirely on the M10 & SL —-

A couple weeks after receiving my Leica M10, I had the opportunity to bring it along to a wedding in Pennsylvania. Having spent close to two weeks testing it out, I wasn't hesitant on shooting it so soon. My plan was to shoot with it as much as I typically shoot with my Leica M240, but once the got day started, it was hard to put it down. The low-light capabilities of the new M10 sensor, along with the much-improved colors, the limitations that I was often faced with before were no longer there. I'll be using some of these images in the "First Impressions" review that I'm hoping to have done before I head out to Vegas for WPPI, but wanted to post them up separately for anyone interested. Obviously, it's tough to tell just how good the new M10 sensor is when these are fully edited images, but I will be showing the incredible dynamic range, impressive high-ISO, and beautiful RAW colors with before/after samples in the review.

*All of these images were shot on the Leica M10 with either the Leica 50mm Summilux ASPH or 24mm Summilux ASPH.

If you're heading out to Vegas next week for WPPI, I'll be spending most of the day at the Leica Store prepping for my lecture that is sadly sold out. But, if you're interested in stopping by to say hello, please don't hesitate to do so!
